WORK-STUDY - F, Student Assistant I level, UCR School of Education
Working under supervision of Project Manager:
- Administer standardized and researcher-developed reading and language assessments to 4th-6th grade students with ASD and typically developing students. Training on assessment implementation will be provided.
- Complete online IRB training modules
Qualifications
Experience working with students in grades 4-6. Experience working with students with Autism spectrum disorders. Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently under prescribed guidelines and in coordination with others. Attention to detail with assessment administration, protocols, and data collection. Must have transportation and willingness to travel to public school sites in the area (mileage reimbursement provided).
Preferred Qualifications
The following are preferred qualification but are not required: experience administering standardized language and/or reading assessments (i.e., WJIV).
